INFORMATION
Valvasorjev Dom is open daily during the summer season, from May 1 to September 30, including holidays. During the winter season, from October 1 to April 30, it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except on holidays, when it remains open regardless of the usual opening hours.
At the end of your reservation, you will pay the accommodation fee, which will be refunded to your payment card within 5–10 business days if you cancel on time (the deadline is indicated in your reservation). If you do not receive the refund, please contact us after this period.
If you hold a valid membership in the Alpine Association of Slovenia (PZS) or another association under a bilateral agreement, please check the box for the accommodation discount. Youth discounts for members under 18 cannot be applied at the time of booking; they will be calculated upon arrival. A reservation processing fee also applies.
You can only reserve accommodation in the selected room; meals and all other services are chosen and paid for upon arrival. Sleeping bags or your own bedding are not allowed, so a one-time surcharge of €6.00/person is required upon arrival for bedding, which applies to all days of stay. Shower towels are not provided and must be brought by guests. Payment of the tourist tax is also mandatory upon arrival. In case of price increases for the new season, the difference must be paid according to the current price list.
UPON ARRIVAL, MEMBERSHIP MUST BE PROVEN WITH A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD. Otherwise, the member discount will not apply, and full price must be paid.
For large groups, travel agency programs, school camps, organized stays by mountaineering clubs, and similar arrangements, please contact us in advance.
IMPORTANT:
The deadline for free cancellation or reservation changes, including changes in the number of guests, is two days (48 hours) before arrival. Refunds for reservation changes upon arrival are not possible. PLEASE WRITE THE NAMES OF THE PERSONS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION IN THE NOTES SECTION (MESSAGES) DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.
