INFORMATION
Pogačnik's hut is closed during the winter season. The estimated time of operation in the summer season is from 25.6. until 30.9. or as soon as the weather conditions in the mountains allow it.
When completing the reservation, you pay the amount of the reservation and the amount of the selected services, which will be refunded to your account upon timely cancellation or modification (the time is indicated in your reservation). If you do not receive the refund, please contact us after this period.
Tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.
If you hold a valid membership in the Alpine Association of Slovenia (PZS) or another association under a bilateral agreement, please check the box for the accommodation discount.
In case of price increases for the new season, the difference must be paid according to the current price list.
Meals: if you book half board, breakfast is already included and does not need to be indicated additionally.
UPON ARRIVAL, MEMBERSHIP MUST BE PROVEN WITH A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD. Otherwise, the member discount will not apply, and full price must be paid.
In case you would like to make reservation for large groups, travel agencies programs, school camps, organized stays by mountaineering clubs, and similar arrangements, please contact us in advance.
IMPORTANT:
The deadline for free cancellation or reservation changes, including changes in the number of guests, is two days (48 hours) before arrival. Refunds for reservation changes after the deadline or upon arrival are not possible nor are possible other changes.
PLEASE WRITE THE NAMES OF THE PERSONS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION IN THE NOTES SECTION DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.

IMPORTANT: UPON ARRIVAL, YOU MUST SHOW THE STAFF YOUR VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD BELONGING TO ONE OF THE ASSOCIATIONS LISTED ABOVE. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A VALID ALPINE MEMBERSHIP CARD, YOU PAY THE FULL PRICE. ALL OTHER GUESTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ASSOCIATION LISTED ABOVE PAY THE FULL PRICE.
